THE METHOD
Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) is a highly relational, highly experiential, embodied Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) model specifically designed to involve the remarkably powerful organic healing tendencies that live in the unconscious mind and body.

Homeostatic, self-corrective mechanisms are part of our biology and become far more active and accessible when we enter altered states of consciousness to work with unresolved traumatic material.
The emphasis of PSIP is on the interventions, processes, therapeutic relationships, and psychobiological pathways that transform ketamine and cannabis into potent healing facilitators. Psychedelic medicine supports you with more profound access to dissociation and opens the possibility of healing relational capacity to yourself and the world.

THE PROCESS
Introducing psychedelic states requires a stable therapeutic relationship and good body-mind preparation. In this session, we work with prescription nasal ketamine or cannabis. For some clients who fulfil inclusion criteria, legal Psychedeli-Assisted Therapy (PAT) with other substances might be possible.

Psychedelic states allow us to open subconscious personal conflicts, bring back childhood memories, and transform trauma. Preparation, integration, safety and therapeutic relationships are crucial. Therefore, before you start to work with the medicine, you will take sessions without medicine with me. You will also see the psychiatrist in our praxis to discuss your health, safety, and the substances. The Expanding Authenticity sessions last between 2 - 3 hours. After the session, take at least one integration session. These sessions are recommended to be a maximum of once a month.
How we will work?
To prepare you for the experience, we first work in the Releasing Trauma session to help you balance your nervous system and learn to use resources. The Integrating Aliveness sessions are for the integration. Check below the Integrative Framework.
