In Embodied Expanding, we explore how to navigate the infinite rhythmic process of evolution, defragmentation, and creation intimately bound to living inside the body.
We are all part of nature, intricately woven into its cycles and physical laws. Yet, our highly developed conscious mind, a marvel of evolution, gives us a unique perspective on life. We feel like we stand on the top of a mountain, gazing down at all the creation.
In our lives, we endure moments of pain, upheaval and rapture - both spontaneous and induced - that shatter our illusions and cast us into the deep chasms of our bodily existence with nowhere to go. These cycles of disarray and rebirth are as inescapable as the physical laws governing our flesh. In these moments of profound transformation, we often recognise the thread that binds us to all of existence. This thread, this profound interconnectivity, I refer to as love.
I invite you to join me in the cycle of experimental gatherings in collaboration with MQ Academy.
Each part will start with the visual poetic journey to engage our subconscious, followed by insights from current scientific research, mystical teachings, and personal experience, complete with embodied free-flow togetherness.
Body, Experience, and Consciousness
Explore how body, experience, and consciousness form the intricate tapestry of human existence.
The body is life’s pure desire to live, an organ that drinks the nectar of reality with its delicate senses open to the outside and inside. The body forms unpredictable experiences we often imagine are never possible. Consciousness is what makes it all possible.
The body is both a vessel and an active participant in creating our experiences. Through the body, we truly live and learn, here and now, as part of the interconnected whole. The body's natural inclination is to flow with the experience, much like an artist actively participates in creating their work.
Our bodies serve as a canvas for the boundless possibilities connected to our unconscious. Like skilled artists, we channel these possibilities into individual and collective consciousness, using our bodies to express our innermost thoughts and feelings.
Skin is a Medium of Love

You move your hand across my skin. All is still. I hear the butterfly's wings flapping, the whisper of grass growing, and blood running to bring life into my cells. There is only an eternal now.
Our skin, the body's largest organ, is not just a barrier but a canvas of human experience. It has the remarkable ability to sense and express emotions in ways that words often cannot. It can heal us and wound us. Touch is a language that transcends verbal communication and allows our most inner self to connect and express itself on a most authentic level.
In a journey through intimate and casual connections, touch and skin play essential roles in regulating our physiology, nurturing profound bonds and expressing the most genuine form of love.
Embodiment as Inner Initiation Rite

Something is missing. A sense of void whispers a deeper longing. Acquired achievements fail to satiate my day.
Amidst the crumbling world, control eludes our grasp. We are plagued by irreparable illnes, depression, lost romantic connections, or children...
In the face of such occurrences, you stand at the threshold of the most hallowed domain - your own self. To traverse this cryptic landscape, we may lean on the body, an innately wise vessel of metamorphosis, brimming with vulnerability, life-death cycles, and the power of renewal. The ancient narrative of Inanna's descent into the underworld provides the first written testament of this inner rite of passage, aiding us in deciphering the enigmas of this journey.

In this uncharted territory of consciousness, by reconnecting with our bodies, we trade the realm of ideas for experiential awareness, crafting new narratives of selfhood through vivid, living moments.
Embodiment, the grafting of spirit to flesh, has served as a vessel for journeying into altered consciousness. in modern times, it is frequently overlooked in the quest for expanded awareness through psychedelic healing. It is precisely through the body that we release deeply held trauma replacing it it with the threads of interconnectedness.
